Do we ship internationally?
Sorry no International shipping. The products we sell come with field support, which is best served locally.
How long does shipping take?
Most products ship within 2 days. Expect 2-4 days for delivery. Customers will be notified when additional delays come up.
Will I be charged for taxes?
Yes. All products will be charged our average 8% fee to cover sales tax.
RETURNS
What is your returns policy?
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Under some circumstances the fee can be waived. Cases will be determined by Subsurface Solutions royalty and the Pope.
Do you refund?
Refunds are offered if the items are returned unused within 15 days and authorization has been given by management. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Items damaged in shipping will be replaced or refunded.

What are your warranty terms & conditions?
Subsurface Solutions offers no additional warranties beyond the standard manufacture warranties. Most products have a 1-3 years parts & labor warranty.
